C-24.2, r. 27 - Regulation respecting fees exigible under the Highway Safety Code and the return of confiscated objects
Section 12.1
Disposition versions
12.1. The fee payable for obtaining information from the Société under section 611.1 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) is $1.95 per information request.
The fee for each information request made electronically covering more than 5 records is $0.35 per information on a record starting from the sixth; the fee is $0.70 from the sixth for a request made on paper.
The fee set under this section cannot exceed that prescribed by section 6 of the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information (chapter A-2.1, r. 3).
12.1. The fee payable for obtaining information from the Société under section 611.1 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) is $1.90 per information request.
The fee for each information request made electronically covering more than 5 records is $0.35 per information on a record starting from the sixth; the fee is $0.70 from the sixth for a request made on paper.
The fee set under this section cannot exceed that prescribed by section 6 of the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information (chapter A-2.1, r. 3).
